BOI is a new one-time annual report for all LLC's and Corporations that needs to be filed by 12/31/24. If you are in need assistance completing, please contact us at 701-572-7222.

We have a very exciting announcement...
Your favorite Bookkeeping Manager will soon be your new favorite Bookkeeping Owner! Stacy Woodward will be the new owner of Quality Bookkeeping as of July 1st 2024!
We have enjoyed all of our clients from the one time meet to the years of trusting us with your payroll and bookkeeping needs. Stacy and her amazing staff will definitely take care of you (nothing will change in that aspect) and all your bookkeeping needs.
You will see some changes but the service will not change, in fact I see it just improving over time. Stacy has big plans and is excited for this new adventure.
Please help us by supporting and congratulating her!
And of course we could never leave out her sidekick Lil Miss Tilla!
