Meet the Staff:

We are thrilled to have added Jenifer Wilcox to the team October 6th. Jenifer has spent the last 20 years working for a great company as the Office Manager. As you can imagine after 20 years this included a variety of tasks including some bookkeeping. She has a great smile that brightens up the room and an incredible ability to get along with everyone she meets. Jenifer is very self driven, determined and brings positive energy to the office. She is not only willing to take on any task or challenge. but she actually started with us part-time for a couple of months before starting full-time in October. Pictured with Jenifer is her daughter Madison who has a great sense of humor and personality and also sometimes comes to the office to entertain us and do schoolwork.

Meet the Staff:

Lois Sterling retired in November of 2024 as a registered nurse. Retired but still kept her license active just in case. It's all in the family at Iles Accounting. Lois is Amy's mother-in-law and spent a whole 60 days being retired and wanted something to do. Lois does special projects for the office and administrative tasks as needed and on her schedule. She does have a small background with accounting and owning a business. Years ago she owned a Sonic with her husband and managed all the things that come with running a restaurant. She then transitioned from that to working in the medical industry and focusing on raising her three sons. Her focus now is all about her grandkids and working some on her timeline to stay busy. She is one of the most generous, kind, loving individuals you will ever meet and that shows in everything that she does both at work and at home! We love that she wants to spend a little time with us working in the office.

Kaitlyn has worked part-time with her mom Amy since 2022. She has almost 3 years’ experience with Quickbooks Online and is one of the most hardworking individuals you will ever meet. Kaitlyn is a very smart, self-driven and motivated college student. She nearly completed her associate degree while in her senior year of high school and plans on attending KU next fall to pursue a medical degree. She brings fun to the office every day with her positive energy and always amazes us with how well she thinks outside the box and how quickly she learns new things. Kaitlyn is truly an asset to our office, and we look forward to her continued involvement as she continues with her college career. We just wish it was in an accounting field. 😊

Meet the Staff:

Stephanie Stewart previously worked for a non-profit in Wichita for almost ten years and joined our team when we opened in December 2024. Stephanie has previous experience with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll and Financial Statement preparation. We are thrilled to have her as a crucial part of the team. Stephanie is one of the most hardworking, dedicated and positive individuals you will ever meet. She brightens up any room she is in and genuinely cares about the people she works with and the clients she takes care of. She always goes above and beyond to make sure that she is providing quality work and that the client’s needs are met. Stephanie is very self-driven, organized, energetic, loves new challenges and learning new things.
