The IRS has began sending out verification letters!

👉🏽Tax payers are picked at random, it is not something wrong your tax preparer did.
👉🏽The verification process is more simple than you think, but one wrong answer will hold up your refund.
👉🏽IF you receive a verification letter in the mail, please contact your tax preparer immediately so we can provide assistance.
👉🏽Once the verification is complete, the irs will release your refund! Relax and Don’t Panic‼️

Some of the best advice I’ve seen…

Buy the house first then leave from the closing table and get the car next. Don’t do it the other way around.

Car payments are the reason some people cannot qualify for a home because the payment is so high that it eats away at the debt to income, so it makes sense if you buy the house first, then go get the car!!!!
