What's the 411 – I'm featured in GBH's latest article, "Minority-owned small businesses raising concerns about a new federal transparency law," along with my new client, Viergelyn Chery-Reed, founder of GroundingHearts thanks to BECMA Annual MBE 2024 conference! 💼✨

The article, written by Trajan Warren, discusses the impact of the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) on minority-owned businesses. With CTA requirements going into effect on January 1, 2025, staying compliant is crucial. Noncompliance penalties can reach up to $10,000 and two years of imprisonment. 😳
