Carroll Rebound Grant expands due date to Sept 30 AND now includes home-based businesses. Please look into this grant to help offset some of your COVID-19 related business expenses.

Last week in Open Session, the Carroll County Board of Commissioners voted to expand the guidelines of the Carroll Rebound grant program for small businesses and nonprofits.

In a surprise move, the U.S. Senate passed by unanimous consent an extension until Aug. 8 of the application period for the Paycheck Protection Program.

Small businesses will now have up to 24 weeks to use Paycheck Protection Program loans received during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Applications for the 3rd phase of the Small Business COVID-19 Emergency Fund will be distributed shortly. The application portal will open at 5:00 p.m. today, April 29th.

Many taxpayers have tried to use the IRS "Get My Payment" page and have received the message of "Status Not Available". This weekend, the IRS has improved their site and many folks are now able to update their direct deposit information for the economic impact payments. Please try again. Make sure you are at the official IRS webpage.

Use Get My Payment to get information about your payment status and payment type.
