All Hail (our) Queen Elizabeth!!  Last week we celebrated (and mourned, but mostly celebrated) the retirement of our dear team member and friend, Elizabeth Bowling.

Elizabeth has been a delightful colleague at Capstone, using her expertise as a key leader in the tax preparation and tax resolution areas. As she retires, Elizabeth is looking forward to more time with family and friends - especially her grandchildren.  Although we will miss her greatly, we have nothing but love and appreciation for her and wish her much joy in this next season.

Ohio's Sales Tax Holiday is happening now! The three day back-to-school Sales Tax Holiday will take place from Friday August 7 - Sunday August 9.

The following can be purchased without Sale Tax during the holday:
- Clothing - $75 or less per item
- School Supplies - $20 or less per item
- School Instructional Supplies - $20 or less per item

To allow our team the opportunity to recharge and retool after the rigorous pace of tax season, we are returning to our summer hours.  For the months of June, July, and August our office will be open 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday. We will be closed on Fridays. (However, as Uncle Sam never rests, should you have a pressing matter arise, Friday availability can be arranged by contacting our office in advance.)
