An announcement says the fish fry is Saturday. Communication builds a church. Three things, every month, Faith Friend: tell them where the money went, tell them what God is doing next, and thank somebody by name.

Most churches are one hospital stay away from chaos. Not because anybody failed, but because one precious person carries it all, and she has not had a vacation since 2019.

Two leaders typed the same four words seconds apart on Thursday night: take the weight off Pastor. And when we asked what would stop if one person left, the room said "Everything." Three times.

The best teller I ever saw was almost fired over seven hundred dollars. Sharp, fast, beloved, and short one day with no way to prove why.

What saved her? The camera. The dual count. The log she thought was babysitting her. The system stood up in that room and defended her name.

Here is what really happened, Faith Friend: nobody ever told her what her giving built. Not once. She did not stop believing in God. She stopped hearing from the church.

Love without a system will leave you uncovered. A leader typed that back to me live on Thursday night, and I have not stopped thinking about it.

The devil does not need a scandal to slow your church down, Faith Friend. He needs one missing password. One offering nobody wrote down. Two deacons who remember the meeting differently. That is not warfare. That is Tuesday.
