We're excited to share some leadership news!

Effective October 1, we're welcoming two new Members to the leadership team: Jennifer Faulconer, CPA, and Nathan Cacka, CPA. Both have spent more than a decade earning the trust of our clients and this team, and this next step has been a long time coming.

We're also recognizing Timothy Dilley, CPA, who is moving into the role of Of Counsel. This transition that lets Timothy keep doing the client work he loves while helping mentor the next generation of our team.

Congratulations, Jennifer, Nathan, and Timothy. We couldn't be prouder to keep growing this way.

Washington has a new state income tax on the horizon. The "Millionaires' Tax" (SB 6346) takes effect January 1, 2028, imposing a 9.9% tax on income over $1 million a year. It won't affect most households, but if you're approaching that threshold, the planning window is now—not in 2027.
