I am passing the torch ( a little) to my niece Meagan Kavanaugh. Her company name is Kavanaugh Prosperity. She will be helping all my accounting clients in addition to her clients. I think you will all love her. She is starting her own business at the same time as I did when my boys were younger. And I feel very fortunate to be able to help her and know my clients will be taken care of as I do.
Angie Martin Smith our office Administrator will still be the wonderful face you see when you come to the office.
I will be in the office during Tax Season to help and do as many returns as I can. Wish all my clients/friends the best.

In honor of the start of filing season, a prayer (slightly embellished) by Pulitzer Prize winning columnist, Russell Baker, who passed away on Monday:

“O mighty Internal Revenue,

Which thou has set before us,
And for the infinite confusion of thy commandments,
