As of today, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals has reinstated the filing requirement but delayed it until 1/13/25.

As part of the Corporate Transparency Act, if you have an LLC or S Corporation formed prior to 2024, please check with your us or your attorney as to whether you need to file BOI report by end of 2024. Entities formed in 2024 and after, have shorter filing deadlines so please review these requirements as new entities are formed.

Amanda is originally from Vincennes and has 3 children, Taylor 16, Jaycob 13, and Ava 3. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, playing piano, camping, and spending time with her kids. When you see a new face in the office, introduce yourself and welcome her!
