Led by our firm’s leadership, Sharp Shooters brings a group of core contributors together to dive into the latest industry trends. It’s an engaging, collaborative day designed to connect our team in one central location, spark meaningful conversation, and discover exactly how we can capitalize on new opportunities to drive success

It was a fantastic day of professional growth and team building. We dove into some big topics surrounding the workforce today, including the rapid advancements in AI, strategies for gaining online visibility, and bridging the gap between generations in the workforce.

Last Thursday, the team gathered at Spare Time in Cedar Rapids for our Young Guns meeting! It was a fantastic day after kicking things off with some icebreakers, the team dove into the dynamics of today's multi-generational workforce and used Real Colors to level up our communication and client service. We wrapped up the day tackling proactive group scenarios designed to help us better anticipate and understand our clients' evolving needs.
