🇬🇷 Look what our community has already accomplished together 🇬🇷

As we prepare for the 50th Anniversary Greek Festival at Sts. Constantine and Helen Church, we wanted to share some of the progress your support is helping make possible.

✅ Our accessibility lift is now installed and operational
✅ Historic restoration projects continue to move forward
✅ Additional improvements are underway as we prepare for future generations

Because of your generosity, we have already raised $65,000 toward our $80,000 goal.

We’re incredibly grateful—but we’re not finished yet.

As you look through the photos, we hope you’ll see that every sponsorship, donation, volunteer hour, and act of support is making a real impact.

If you would like to help us bring this special anniversary year home, there is still time to participate.

Thank you for helping preserve, strengthen, and build the future of our parish community ❤️🇬🇷

Templates and AI are as effective as following your father’s financial strategy.

I said what I said.

Your dad’s strategy is excellent, maybe, but that doesn’t mean it’s right for you.

True, personalized planning must take into account the following:

• Your income structure
• Your family dynamics
• Your risk tolerance
• Your long-term goals
• Your values

The goal is always to follow the path that’s built to fit your life.

If it’s time to build a plan that fits your life, my calendar is open.

Can I speak to the manager?

Bills. Investments. Insurance. Passwords.

This absolutely needs a manager. That one person who handles everything for the house. It seems perfect until, well, it isn’t.

I’m all about a house manager and dividing up the mental load. I simply have one small request, that you have an assistant manager. Another person in the household who knows where the keys are kept. This way, someone else knows who to call and where to find things if needed in an emergency.

Being the finance manager is admirable. Having someone else informed is responsible.

My calendar is open if you need support managing your household.

Are you in alignment?

As a financial advisor, most people assume I simply want them to squirrel their money away so they can accumulate as much as possible into their retirement fund. Well, that couldn’t be further from the truth.

The last thing I’m giving up are vacations with my family. For some of my clients, a daily coffee keeps them smiling. Others have a feed full of experiences. I’m here for it all!

Just like life is about balance, so is financial planning.

Meaningful moments, such as a weekend road trip, a night in the city to see your favorite band, or making parents’ weekend a weekend to remember, shouldn’t be skipped simply to hit a long-term planning goal.

This is why, for my clients, we strategically include intentional spending in their portfolios when building them out.

Financial planning isn’t simply about growing assets. It’s about living a life you enjoy along the way, too.

Need support balancing out your portfolio? I’d love to talk.

Let’s talk money.

If that made you roll your eyes, keep reading.

Usually, in a household, one person manages the finances. Sharing the mental load is part of what makes relationships so great. However, I’m here to remind you both that you need to understand your household finances.

You can keep it simple. Talk about:

• Where are all of our accounts held?

• Who are the listed beneficiaries?

• How are the regular + major expenses handled?

When both partners know the numbers, it creates stability in the relationship. After all, financial planning isn’t only about numbers. It includes knowledge, clarity, and confidence.

Follow here for tips and reminders like this.

POV: You aren’t sure why you even have an HSA.

A client recently shared with me that their employer offered an HSA, but they don’t take advantage of it. What stood out most was how they didn’t realize the financial benefits of participating.

An HSA offers a rare triple tax advantage:
1) Your contributions may be tax-deductible
2) Growth can be tax-free
3) Withdrawals for qualified expenses can be tax-free

When used strategically, an HSA can function as a long-term planning tool rather than a simple reimbursement account. Plus, for higher-income earners who are maxing out their retirement contributions, the HSA can be a meaningful addition to a comprehensive strategy.

Of course, this all depends on your current situation, health care plan, and cash flow, but if you have access to an HSA, it’s worth exploring. Worst case, you potentially get tax-free contact solution, allergy meds, and co-pays.

Need help exploring if an HSA is a strategy you should implement? I’m happy to talk it over with you.

It starts small.

A phone call. An email. An urgent request from someone.

But it hits hard when you realize it was fraud.

Harsh truth: the strongest protection against fraud is communication.

Fraud protection isn’t about fear. It’s about transparency. That can be uncomfortable but necessary when it comes to preventing fraud and financial crisis tomorrow.

Here are two steps you and your family can take this month to protect against financial fraud.

1) Make sure at least two people know where all financial accounts are held.

2) Agree on a rule: No financial decisions are made under pressure.

It’s time for a change.

For decades, the financial stability to retirement playbook was pretty simple.

Buy a House >> Work for a Good Company >> Retire with a Pension.

That playbook no longer exists.

Today, we’re navigating higher home prices and uncertainty around social security. Pensions aren’t even a player here. It’s no wonder that most Millennials aren’t focused on the wealth-building goals of their parents.

Instead, today we’re seeing a focus on:
• Flexible living decisions
• Self-funded retirements
• Strategic uses of 401(k)s, IRAs, and HSAs
• Values-based investing

The financial world has changed. It’s time we build you a playbook for today’s current reality.

As a reminder, Millennials are 30-45 years old. What were your finances like at 38?

Need help creating a playbook that works with your current reality? I’d love to talk.

Your money shouldn’t be left out to dry!

March brings warm weather, brighter days, and, often, an odd urge to push up the sleeves, open all the windows, and do some deep cleaning. Despite all that cleaning, we typically skip cleaning up our finances.

Well, this is your reminder that Spring cleaning should include your finances. Think of it as a chore perfect for tax season.

Start by pulling out all your tax documents, then review the basics.

• Are your beneficiaries still correct and up to date?

• Do you have all your current logins with passwords stored somewhere safe? And, does someone else have access?

• Are any auto payments and deposits up to date?

This isn’t hard stuff. Simply the stuff we forget about. Whether you have 10 accounts or 2, this is a good practice to do at least annually.

Knowing where your money is coming from and where it's going will build your financial confidence and give you the framework needed to stay on track.

Need a starting framework for this cleanup? I’m happy to share my Family CFO Checklist with you. Shoot me a message, and I'll send it back.
