I’ve sat with people earning $200K who still feel unsure about their finances.

Not because they’re doing something wrong.
But because the income hasn’t been clearly structured. 📊

After taxes, that $200K may look closer to $130K–$140K depending on your situation.

From there, everything depends on how it’s allocated.
✔️Living expenses
✔️Long-term investing
✔️Reserves

I pay close attention to how these pieces are working together.

Because that’s where clarity starts to show up.

And that’s where decisions start to feel more intentional.

I want to help you understand how your income is currently being used and where adjustments can make a difference.

If you’re earning at this level and still feel like things aren’t as clear as they should be, message me “STRUCTURE” and I’ll walk through it with you.

If you’re earning $150K today, I want you to think about what that actually means for your future.

Let’s say you want $90K per year in retirement.

After Social Security, you may still need $50K–$60K from your investments.

At a 4% withdrawal range, that implies roughly $1.2M–$1.5M in assets.

I see a lot of people focus on whether that number is possible. But, what matters more, is whether your CURRENT STRUCTURE is leading you there. ⚠️

Most high earners are not off track because of income.

They’re off track because there is no clear path connecting today’s decisions to future income.

I want to help you calculate your actual need so you’re not guessing. If you want me to estimate your retirement needs based on your numbers, comment “RETIREMENT” and I’ll walk you through it.

There are moments when you make a decision and it feels small.

A purchase.
An investment.
A shift in income.

In the moment, it doesn’t seem like much.

But over time, I’ve seen how every one of those decisions carries weight. 📊

Not just in one area.

But across your entire financial life.

Cash flow changes.
Tax exposure shifts.
Growth potential moves.
Risk either increases or gets managed.

I think about this often when I sit with someone and review their numbers.

Because what we’re really looking at isn’t just where things are today.

We’re looking at the trail of decisions that got them there.

And more importantly, what the next decision will do.

I want to help you slow that process down and bring more intention into it.

If you’ve made a recent financial decision and you’re unsure how it fits into your bigger picture, message me “DECISION” and I’ll walk through it with you.

When I think about financial decisions in your 20s, I don’t think about perfection.

I think about DIRECTION.

Because most people I speak to later on don’t regret one big mistake.

They think about the small things they didn’t start sooner.

Investing earlier.
Saving consistently.
Understanding how money actually works. 📊

At that stage, the numbers don’t feel urgent.
$500 here. $1,000 there.

It feels like something you can always figure out later.

But over time, those early decisions carry more weight than they seem.

They shape how flexible your future becomes.

They shape how much pressure you feel later on.

And they shape how much choice you have.

When I work with someone, I’m not looking for a perfect starting point.

I’m looking for a STRUCTURE that can grow with you.

Something simple, consistent, and intentional.

If you’re in your 20s and unsure where to begin, message me “START” and I’ll help you build a clear starting point.

If you’re planning around a $1M portfolio, I want you to understand what that really means.

At a 4% withdrawal range, that may produce around $40K annually.

At 3.5%, closer to $35K.

At 4.5%, closer to $45K depending on conditions. ⚠️

The number itself is only one part of the picture.

I want to help you translate that number into actual income clarity.

If you already have investments and don’t know what they realistically produce, comment “INCOME” and I’ll help you estimate it.

If you’re earning $150K–$200K and saying yes to financial decisions without knowing these numbers, I want you to pause for a moment. 📊

Not because you’re doing anything wrong.
But because I see how often structure gets overlooked at this level.

At this income range, your net may land somewhere around $100K–$130K, depending on taxes and location.

From there, the real questions begin.
➡️How much do you actually have available each month?
➡️How much are you investing?
➡️How much is committed to debt?
➡️And what are you actually working toward?

Without clarity on these numbers, even good decisions can lead to inefficient outcomes.

I want to help you map these numbers out clearly so every decision you make has context.

If you’re not sure what your real monthly cash flow actually is, message me “CASH FLOW” and I’ll help you break it down.

🇬🇷 Look what our community has already accomplished together 🇬🇷

As we prepare for the 50th Anniversary Greek Festival at Sts. Constantine and Helen Church, we wanted to share some of the progress your support is helping make possible.

✅ Our accessibility lift is now installed and operational
✅ Historic restoration projects continue to move forward
✅ Additional improvements are underway as we prepare for future generations

Because of your generosity, we have already raised $65,000 toward our $80,000 goal.

We’re incredibly grateful—but we’re not finished yet.

As you look through the photos, we hope you’ll see that every sponsorship, donation, volunteer hour, and act of support is making a real impact.

If you would like to help us bring this special anniversary year home, there is still time to participate.

Thank you for helping preserve, strengthen, and build the future of our parish community ❤️🇬🇷

Templates and AI are as effective as following your father’s financial strategy.

I said what I said.

Your dad’s strategy is excellent, maybe, but that doesn’t mean it’s right for you.

True, personalized planning must take into account the following:

• Your income structure
• Your family dynamics
• Your risk tolerance
• Your long-term goals
• Your values

The goal is always to follow the path that’s built to fit your life.

If it’s time to build a plan that fits your life, my calendar is open.

Can I speak to the manager?

Bills. Investments. Insurance. Passwords.

This absolutely needs a manager. That one person who handles everything for the house. It seems perfect until, well, it isn’t.

I’m all about a house manager and dividing up the mental load. I simply have one small request, that you have an assistant manager. Another person in the household who knows where the keys are kept. This way, someone else knows who to call and where to find things if needed in an emergency.

Being the finance manager is admirable. Having someone else informed is responsible.

My calendar is open if you need support managing your household.

Are you in alignment?

As a financial advisor, most people assume I simply want them to squirrel their money away so they can accumulate as much as possible into their retirement fund. Well, that couldn’t be further from the truth.

The last thing I’m giving up are vacations with my family. For some of my clients, a daily coffee keeps them smiling. Others have a feed full of experiences. I’m here for it all!

Just like life is about balance, so is financial planning.

Meaningful moments, such as a weekend road trip, a night in the city to see your favorite band, or making parents’ weekend a weekend to remember, shouldn’t be skipped simply to hit a long-term planning goal.

This is why, for my clients, we strategically include intentional spending in their portfolios when building them out.

Financial planning isn’t simply about growing assets. It’s about living a life you enjoy along the way, too.

Need support balancing out your portfolio? I’d love to talk.
