We’re excited to announce the newest addition to the ATAX Leadership Team: Jose Leal, a seasoned executive with more than two decades of experience leading large-scale operations, driving revenue growth, and developing high-performing teams across retail, service, and consumer industries.
Jose brings a powerful blend of field leadership, operational discipline, and strategic vision—shaped by key roles at Tiff’s Treats, H&R Block, and Starbucks Coffee Company, where he delivered record-breaking performance and earned multiple national awards for service excellence. His background also includes sales leadership with Procter & Gamble, entrepreneurship, and property investment.

🔹 Fully bilingual in English & Spanish

Outside of work, Jose enjoys life with his wife Elizabeth, a Spanish teacher, and their two children, Karen and Paulo, both engineers and Texas A&M graduates. Paulo and his wife Regina welcomed baby Filomena in 2024.
