I believe one of the saddest things in life is spending years building someone else’s dream while neglecting your own.

Act on your highest excitement: In every moment, choose to do the thing that excites you the most, starting with whatever is physically possible.

Take it as far as you can: Act on that excitement to the best of your ability until you cannot take it any further.

Act with zero insistence on the outcome: Do not attach yourself to how the outcome must manifest. Release assumptions and let the universe unfold naturally.

Choose a positive state of being: Stay positive, calm, and confident, regardless of the physical circumstances you find yourself in.

Examine and let go of fear-based beliefs: Identify any limiting, fear-based, or negative belief systems you hold and replace them with beliefs that serve you better.

Este fin de semana viajamos con el equipo y fue mucho más que un viaje de trabajo.

Nos enfocamos en aprender profundo: el sistema, los productos, cómo funcionamos juntos. Pero lo que más me llevé no fue técnico.
Fue esto: cuando te rodeás de personas con la mentalidad correcta, crecés de formas que no esperabas.
Actividades, retos, juegos y sobre todo, momentos reales que fortalecen la familia.

Salir de mi zona de comfort y empujar a través de mis limitaciones me ha hecho crecer más en 6 meses que en los últimos 3 años viviendo aquí.

Ahora quiero construir mi propio equipo. Con una mentalidad sólida. Con determinación. Con personas que se levanten juntas.

Esto apenas comienza. 🔥

Las creencias más peligrosas son las que heredaste sin darte cuenta.
Por años actué desde un guion que no era mío. Y lo más difícil no fue cambiarlo, fue reconocer que existía.

Visualizar tus creencias limitantes, entenderlas y actuar desde tu intuición es lo que te acerca al desarrollo que necesitas tener, no al que crees que deberías tener.

Deja de construir sobre una base que no es tuya.
Reprogramar eso no es motivación. Es trabajo. Lento, incómodo y necesario. 🌀

Hay una diferencia entre no tener opciones y elegir no tomarlas.

Estuve confundiendo la incomodidad con una señal de que algo estaba mal. Pero aprendí que la incomodidad sostenida con dirección es la única prueba real de que estás construyendo algo que vale.

No todo el mundo va a entender tus decisiones. Y no tienen que entenderlas.

Solo se trata de sentarse con el sufrimiento, sentirlo y empujar a través de las circunstancias. 🌀
