Today we dove into tax updates, explored AI in our workflows, reviewed GAAP essentials, and strengthened our Quality Management Systems.

Firm wide training kicked off with an intro and manager notes from Dennis Gardiner, followed by a presentation on worker cooperatives by Courtney Berner w/ University of Wisconsin Center for Cooperatives and wrapped up with Taylor Cobb from Commodity Solutions, Inc. & Professor Erik L Hoegemeyer on grain hedging/merchandising - full 1st day 😅
