A Tale of Two Businesses ...less than 6 weeks ago I purchased as a lifelong customer from Salisbury Firestone 4 tires for my Jeep and as a long time customer I got the works alignment, warranty, or so I thought ...etc Had a blow out on hottest day today ...was placed on hold told by management thru Justin not covered wasn't part of the warranty they sold me DESPITE 40K WARRANTY AND LIFELONG CUSTOMER... would have to wait at least day pay for this & that BS and wait to get tire replaced...etc ???Just another big corporate ripoff! Meanwhile the other business who I heard of off of here LOCALS KNOW MORE "GO WHERE THE LOCALS GO" Sammy from Frankford Auto Center in Frankford Delaware came out on the side of the road in this heat three times not only replaced tire but gave me a discount and treated us with the best customer service I have ever had...Locals Know More is right IF YOU WANT THE BEST FAIR TREATMENT BUY LOCAL not Big Corporate Name Firestone rippoffs GO SEE SAMMY AT FRANKFORD AUTO CENTER IN FRANKFORD DELAWARE!
