But somehow I’m supposed to know that the U.S. is a corporation?
That my name in all caps isn’t just formatting, it’s a status?

They didn’t teach me the difference between lawful and legal.
But they taught me how to walk in a line.

🔍 Conditioning — The Root of Learned Behavior
Definition: In psychology, conditioning is a process of learning where a response becomes automatic because it’s associated with something else. In other words, your brain starts reacting without thinking.
The psychologist Ivan Pavlov famously showed this with dogs: he rang a bell every time food was presented, and eventually the dogs drooled just at the sound of the bell — even when no food came. That’s conditioning in action — automatic reflex without conscious choice.
