Business owners and entrepreneurs, lets talk tech stack. Cause I got questions.

There are certain areas that ALL businesses need to cover and we use software tools to assist. Areas like:

-Sales/Customer Management
-Accounting and finance
-Inventory management
-Intercompany Communications (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack)
-Marketing
-Workflow

How do you approach your tech stack?

Do you try and get one software to cover all areas?

Do you find multiple software program to cover each area?

Do you find software that is industry specific, or field specific? (As a logistics company do you find accounting software made for logistics, or do you find software that specializes in accounting?)

This is one of the most honest conversations we’ve had yet about:

-why busy season feels amazing at first
-where artists usually lose money
-why so many artists still feel financially stressed even when they are booked
-taxes, conventions, overspending, burnout, cashflow, and the chaos behind the scenes

It’s real.
It’s uncomfortable for some people.
And honestly… a lot of artists are going to see themselves in it.
