Part-Time Office Administrative Assistant – Busy Tax & Accounting Firm
Kenneth Portera & Associates LLC, a well-established and fast-paced tax and accounting office, is seeking a part-time Office Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Location: East Brunswick
Compensation: $17.50 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities include:
• Managing daily administrative and front-office operations
• Greeting clients, answering phones, and handling client inquiries professionally
• Processing accounts payable and assisting with bookkeeping tasks
• Maintaining organized client files and scheduling appointments
• Supporting accountants with document management during tax season
• Assisting with correspondence, mailings, and electronic filing
Qualifications:
• Good computer skills are a must.
• Minimum 2 years of office experience required
• Strong communication and client service skills are essential
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience in a tax or accounting office is a major plus
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment

Compensation:
$17.50 – $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
