Gold is at $5,103 and Silver is up $12.20 to $116.21 !!! Silver is more than DOUBLE its' price since the Hunt Brothers cornered the market in 1980 ! And this has occured in the last 6 months or so. Foreign Central Bank buying and speculation is behind this, and it appears there is no end in sight.

Scammers always scamming!

-Remember the 4 red flags of every scam….

1. They contact you out of the blue… text, email, call, letter in the mail

2. Something urgent needs your attention!
-For example: Your account or computer has been hacked, you have a warrant, your loved one has been in a wreck or kidnapped, your password is going to expire, you’ll lose your benefits, you owe money, etc

3. They need you to do something:
Click on a link or call a number or scan a QR code

4. They want money or information:
-Your social security number, bank account, credit card number
-Payment that’s not traceable… gift card, bitcoin, gold, money transfer, cash.

-Just delete, ignore and move on with your life! 😀

Today was a very good day! My awesome assistant, Holly Hildreth, was awarded a 2025 Staff of the Year award by my 28 year old association with Commonwealth Financial Network! Unfortunately, this article is very true. ONLY call phone numbers that you can verify independently that are valid. Never trust an incoming phone call to you phone, return the call to a known phone number. This is now in effect for my financial advisory business.

DON’T search online for any customer service... it'll likely take you to a scammer!

-You can "google" the best donut store in your area or how to spell a word or how to fix a leaky faucet, but, never "google" a number for service.

-If you're having trouble and want to talk to your cable provider, internet company, electric company, your cell phone service, your social media account or anything like that, DON'T search online for the phone number or email address.

-And, don't "google" airlines, hotels or travel sites... go to their app or type in their actual, entire web address yourself.

-You'll think you're getting the actual company and they'll claim they're helping you, but they will only steal your information and your hard earned money!

HOW TO REALLY GET THE HELP YOU NEED:
1. ONLY use a number or email address you have from a bill.
2. ONLY go through the company's app to get help with a service.

PREVIOUS VICTIMS:

-I have a victim who searched for a number for youtube tv, got a scammer and lost nearly $8,000.
-I have a victim who had their FB account hacked and searched online for a number for FB and ended up giving up their account information and buying hundreds in gift cards.
-I have someone who had trouble with their electric bill and searched online for the number and got scammed out of hundreds of dollars in bitcoin.
-The list goes on and on!
