I earned my bachelor's degree in Business/Accounting in 2009. I was very fortunate to be able to attend school online because I could study while working a full-time job during the day. I love accounting because it is a window to understanding the business world. My dream is to have my own bookkeeping and tax preparation business because of the freedom such a life would offer. I have also always had an interest in the arts. My first degree was in Comparative Literature. As part of the program I was required to learn a language, and I chose to study German. As a result I am well-versed in German literature. I am very detail-oriented and enjoy working behind the scenes. As a letter press operator at TIP, I was able to use my attention to detail skills, as well as satisfy my need to be creative. I love to read and write poetry. I have also spent a lot of time dabbling in water colors and playing guitar. My career is an ongoing search for fulfillment.
