Last week, I had the privilege of welcoming an incredible group from More Than Capable (MTC) to our office.
MTC is an organization that supports adults with autism by providing meaningful opportunities to explore careers and develop workplace skills. As part of their visit, I was honored to be interviewed about my career journey, what I do each day, and the path that led me into the financial services industry.
What made the experience especially meaningful was seeing firsthand how determined, engaged, and genuinely curious these individuals were. While many of the students communicate using assistive technology, their thoughtful questions and enthusiasm spoke volumes. It was a powerful reminder that talent, ambition, and potential come in many different forms.
I’m grateful to the More Than Capable team for the work they do every day and for allowing me to play a small part in helping their students explore future career possibilities.
