Come on out to Bayshore next Saturday and watch as newly minted pirate Louis Henry, first mate Ashly Ortega, and the rest of the krewe from Tax Starz invade Tampa along with the famous YKSHM (Krewe Of Sir Henry Morgan). We will be part of both the kids parade on January 24th and the Gasparilla parade on January 31st (and we're loaded with enough beads & gold coins for everyone in Florida, don't tell anyone we told you). This is a life long dream of Louis' coming true after 40 years of going to Gasparilla!

SCORE BIG WITH STARZ ADVANCE!

Today we broke every record we have ever set with Starz Advance. Although 3 people (less than 10% for the second day in a row) were denied and will get a partial app fee refund later on, 12 people were handed $4,000 or $5,500 checks. 19 people were given $1,000 or $2,000 checks. Only one person got the lowest payout at $500. To top it all off, one client who happened to be really in need of the help was very happy when she got a phone call from us this afternoon letting her know that she had gotten it all with this year's first $7,000 STARZ ADVANCE! If you need some extra money, now's the time. We're having the best year we have ever had, in part because we're taking the time to make sure applications & tax returns are done correctly. We're through about 60% of the early applications. For those still waiting, we appreciate your patience.

We're working our way through and processing all of the advance applications that were done early. We're pleased to say that several people were approved for amounts of $4,000 or more on the first day today and that only 2 people were denied (less than 1%). We're looking forward to seeing more of the same as we roll further into 2026 with Starz Advance!

STARZ ADVANCE UPDATE

Those who applied early will be receiving their bank signature form, tax return, and advance breakdown sheet today, Friday January 2nd and tomorrow, Saturday January 3rd, throughout the day. Those who have urgent situations and asked for a cashier's check will be processed first followed by everyone else. This is because with a major holiday immediately before the bank start date and a weekend immediately following the bank start date deposits are going to hit clients' bank accounts on either Saturday, Monday, or Tuesday (normally direct deposits are available the very next day and they will be starting on Monday). Cashier's checks are available on the spot and we will be open all weekend long for you to come pick them up. We do not anticipate any delays but if anything does change we will send a text alert to everyone with a pending application as well as post another update here for you.
