Since our inception on June 1, 2016, this journey has been about more than just business, … it’s been about relationships, families, friends, education, and community.

Wow!! Where do we even begin?

From late nights, learning curves, and “Lord help us” moments… to growth, impact, and grace that carried us through it all — BFT Accounting & Tax Services is officially 10 years in! 🥳📊

Katrina, Tarcita, and Briana are beyond thankful and genuinely excited about what’s ahead. What started as a vision has become a legacy in motion… and it’s only God who could’ve done it. 🙌🏽

Because of YOU, we are here.
Because you trusted us with your businesses, your finances, your questions, and sometimes your last-minute “hey, can you fix this?” 😅 … we’ve been able to grow, serve, and show up year after year.

We don’t take that lightly. Not one bit. ❤️

God has been faithful every single step of the way. Even when we didn’t know what we were doing… He did. And He still does. ✨

So here’s to 10 years of impact, integrity, and a whole lot of spreadsheets and paperwork! 😌📈 And here’s to the future… bigger, better, and still covered by grace.

🎉 It’s Tax Day, and yes, we’re still welcoming new clients… but in full transparency, your first gift from us might just be an extension.

And honestly, that sign says it all… “Tax Tax Day.” Double taxing. That’s exactly what this year has felt like! 😭🪧

Life has been lifing, the world has been interesting, and for a lot of people, just gathering documents felt like a win. We get it. Truly.

So if all you can do today is pause, file that extension, and come back with a plan… that’s still progress. 👏🏾

Last thing: Be nice to your accountant and/or tax preparer today. We’re carrying a lot of stories, numbers, and last-minute miracles over here. 🙏🏾✨

📣 Tax Season Alert! The has officially announced that the 2026 filing season opens on Monday, January 26, 2026! 🗓️

That means the IRS will start accepting 2025 tax returns then — and you’ve got until Wednesday, April 15, 2026 to file and pay any tax due. 💰

Don’t forget: IRS.gov has tons of online tools and resources to help you before, during, and after you file your federal tax return. Use them to check refunds, track your account, and stay organized! 📲🔗
