Don't believe the talk that the 2013 tax hikes nail only the highest earners. Guess what we learned today? If you make 50K, you will owe an additional $1,000 in payroll taxes. Individuals making under 100K end up bearing more than 60% of the burden of payroll tax increase.... Crazy.
