Every day I find myself talking with business owners about their goals, challenges, and what's keeping them stuck.

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to sit with several business owners at our coffee shop after hours and simply listen.

As I listened, I was reminded that many business owners are carrying far more than people realize. They're making decisions, solving problems, serving customers, supporting employees, and trying to grow at the same time.

I've learned that many times people already have the answers. They just need someone to help them think through a situation and bring clarity to what they're facing.

Sometimes the greatest value isn't having all the answers. It's asking the right questions.

I've learned from owning multiple businesses, working with people, and having conversations is this:

Sometimes we think we need another master class, another certification, another strategy, or another social media post, but sometimes what we really need is someone to help us see what we're missing.

When you're in the middle of running your business every day, it's easy to get stuck. You're working hard, making decisions, paying bills, serving customers, attending to family and trying to keep everything moving and show up. Some days it feels like everything needs your attention at the same time.

Sometimes it takes a conversation and a fresh perspective to help you see opportunities that have been there all along.

Clarity doesn't solve every problem, but it gives you a place to start. When you have clarity, it's much easier to move forward with confidence.

One thing I've learned after helping people for years is this:

Most business owners don't have an idea problem.They have a clarity problem.
Sometimes the answer isn't another class, or another certification, or another social media post. Sometimes the answer is stepping back and asking:

• What's working?
• What's not working?
• What am I overlooking?
• What should I focus on first?

Many entrepreneurs are working hard, but they're working without a clear plan.

***Clarity creates confidence.
***Confidence creates action.
***Action creates results.

I am truly overwhelmed by the support, encouragement, shares, comments, messages, and phone calls I've received over the last few days.

What has meant the most to me isn't the views or engagement. It's hearing from colleagues, mentees, business owners, and friends who have shared how I've impacted their journey over the years.
