Part-Time Bookkeeper (Hybrid – Remote & In-Office)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule, combining remote work with some in-office responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and reconcile accounts
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and budgeting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and basic accounting principles
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required — not optional)
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• High attention to detail and accuracy (we like clean books, not chaos)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Schedule & Work Environment:
• Part-time hours (flexible schedule)
