IR-2024-113, April 17, 2024 — The Internal Revenue Service today updated frequently asked questions in Fact Sheet 2024-15 to address the federal income tax treatment of amounts paid for the purchase of energy efficient property and improvements.

The Due Date for your 2020 tax return has just been changed by the IRS from April 15th to Monday, May 17th 2021.

IR-2021-59, March 17, 2021 — The Treasury Department and Internal Revenue Service announced today that the federal income tax filing due date for individuals for the 2020 tax year will be automatically extended from April 15, 2021, to May 17, 2021.

We are sad to share that we have lost one of our Founders and faces of the firm. Eleanor was called to the Lord this past Sunday. We have much sadness in her passing and she will be missed, but we rejoice in her reunion with Pete.

Just a reminder, the IRS has said that Wednesday, May 13, 2020 is the last date to update your direct deposit information for your stimulus payment. If you have not updated, please login to "Get My Payment" and if it requests your bank information updated it. Otherwise you will receive your stimulus payment as a credit on your 2020 tax return.

Use Get My Payment to get information about your payment status and payment type.
