For those of you with a significant ownership interest in a corporation or LLC, please be aware there is a new filing requirement. It's called the Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI). For entities registered prior to 2024, the filing due date is 1/1/25. For entities formed during 2024, the BOI filing is due within 90 days. The fine for filing late is $500 per day.
