We had a great time this passed Saturday meal packing with Hunger Fight! Our team was able to pack over 475 meals for under privileged children, and we had a lot of fun doing it!

Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell said in a May 1 press conference he didn't want to talk about economic "hypotheticals," but that's what he and other U.S. central bank officials have shifted towards in discussing monetary policy that has hit an uncertain juncture in the effort to tame inflation.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tallahassee, FL for an Office Administrator at Luminosity Financial. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations, procedures, and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. You will be expected to maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment while providing excellent customer services to clients and guests.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant or relevant role

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail

Customer-oriented approach and excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office Suite and office management software

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field is a plus

Experience in the finance industry is desired but not required

Basic knowledge of accounting practices and bookkeeping is a plus

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information
