Mail forms by Feb 2, 2026 — that’s also the IRS filing deadline for W‑2s and 1099‑NEC.
Other 1099s (like MISC, DIV, INT) are due by March 31, 2026 if filed electronically.

THANK YOU to everyone who has reached out asking about helping during this time AND to everyone who has called, emailed, and sent us messages regarding how to access our services!

Current needs:

*Walmart bags (can drop in the blue cans outside of the warehouse and/or volunteer entrance if you stop by outside of business hours)

*Monetary donations (we can buy in bulk and tax free!)

OUR PLAN:
-Starting in November as long as the government shut-down lasts and/or SNAP benefits are impacted, everyone will receive extra choices on the shopping floor during their visit to help those groceries go further.

-Our Alternative Grocery Program (pick up boxes at the warehouse instead of going through the shopping floor) is currently available during Thursday shopping sessions.
In November, we’ll be offering this service on Tuesdays AND Thursdays during the shopping sessions. Check in at the guest entrance during posted shopping hours.

-Need more? Emergency bags are available Mon. Tues., Thurs., and Fri. 9am to 7pm and Wed. 9am to 5pm containing staple food items. Go to guest entrance and ring the doorbell for service.

More than 40% of eligible Payne County residents have not yet applied, despite the wide range of assistance available. Individuals who sustained damage to homes, vehicles, mobile homes, travel trailers, or personal property between March 14 and March 21, 2025, are encouraged to act now.

Registering with FEMA and SBA isn’t just about immediate help – it can also open the door to future programs. Residents are encouraged to apply even if they believe they will not qualify.

FEMA and SBA assistance is available even if you have insurance.
