4 whole years. 🥹

Four years ago, Kailee took a leap of faith, left her corporate accounting job, and came to work with me. I know we both had plenty of nerves wondering if this crazy idea was actually going to work.

There have been really good days, really hard days, and everything in between. We’ve survived tax seasons, deadlines, stressful clients, long hours, and lots of laughs moments than we could count. And I think we’d both agree that neither of us would want to ride the highs and lows of public accounting with anyone else.

Four years ago, hiring Kailee felt like a leap of faith. Today, I can say without a doubt that it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my business. I’m thankful for her beyond words—not only for everything she does for Sloan Business Advisory, but for her friendship!❤️

Clint even joked with my kids the other day, “Is it fair that Mama gets to go hang out with her best friend every day?” 😂 I quickly reassured them that I’d much rather hang out with her outside of work and that it’s definitely not always “fun” at the office!
