Five years with Alacrity Wealth Advisors is a milestone worth celebrating, and few people have had a greater impact behind the scenes than Paula Hoerter.

As a Client Service Coordinator, Paula is known for being exceptionally organized, conscientious, and prepared. She has a talent for thinking several steps ahead, identifying potential challenges before they arise, and making sure every detail is accounted for. Whether supporting clients, coordinating projects, or helping the team stay on track, Paula approaches every task with care, accuracy, and a determination to get it right.

One of Paula's greatest strengths is her ability to train and support others. Patient, thoughtful, and approachable, she has helped countless teammates learn new processes, build confidence, and navigate challenges. She understands that everyone learns differently and takes the time to ensure others feel comfortable asking questions and developing their skills. Her willingness to share her knowledge and invest in the success of others has made her an invaluable resource across the organization.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Paula's dedication to others extends into every aspect of her life. Family is at the center of everything she does. She and her husband, Duane, recently celebrated 40 years of marriage and are proud parents of three adult children. They are also loving grandparents who cherish every opportunity to spend time with their three grandchildren. Paula is equally proud of the close relationships she maintains with her family, including both her mother and mother-in-law, and she makes it a priority to stay involved in their lives.

When she's not at work, Paula can often be found enjoying the outdoors. Whether she's tending to her garden, staying active outside, or spending time with family and grandpuppies, she embraces every opportunity to be active and connected with the people she loves most.

10 years with Alacrity Wealth Advisors is a milestone worth celebrating, and if you know Mike Wolbers, you know it has likely come with a few laughs along the way.

Over the last decade, Mike has become known for his calm demeanor, quick wit, and ability to think on his feet. No matter the question or situation, Mike approaches it with confidence, knowledge, and a practical perspective that helps clients feel informed and comfortable. His strong work ethic, dependability, and commitment to doing the right thing have earned the trust of both clients and teammates throughout his career.

Before joining Alacrity, Mike built an impressive career as a PGA Professional, earning his certification in 1996 and spending decades helping others enjoy and improve their game. Today, he remains a PGA Life Member, a distinction that reflects a lifelong dedication to golf and the profession.

Outside the office, Mike enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors through biking and boating, exploring destinations across the country and around the world, and spending time with his family. He and his wife are proud parents of two daughters, and family remains at the center of everything they do.

Mike is also known for being a supportive teammate who is always willing to help, offer perspective, or jump in when needed. Whether he's sharing his expertise, cracking a joke, or fueling up with Mountain Dew from Taco Bell, Mike brings a personality that makes him a valued part of our team culture.

Of course, no recognition of Mike would be complete without mentioning his greatest achievement of 2026: being voted "Best Hair" in the Alacrity Superlative Awards. For those who know Mike, the fact that he is completely bald makes the honor that much better.

Mike, thank you for 10 years of hard work, dedication, and friendship. Your knowledge, reliability, sense of humor, and commitment to the clients and teammates around you have made a lasting impact on Alacrity Wealth Advisors.

👟For the past three weeks, Alacrity Wealth Advisors has been participating in a wellness challenge alongside fellow businesses in the Portage County Business Park. While the goal is to stay active, one of the best parts has been seeing the people (and four-legged friends!) who've joined us along the way.

So far, our team has logged:
More than 17,000 minutes of activity.
More than 280 hours of movement.
Our participants have recorded more than 350 activity entries, proving consistency beats perfection.

As we head into the holiday season, it's been a great reminder that small, consistent habits add up. We're proud of our team for getting outside, staying active, and having a little fun along the way! 💪🍂

A Letter from Alacrity Wealth Advisors Franchise Owner Andrew Lochner

I recently had the opportunity to attend Ameriprise's Chairman's Advisory Council in Stockholm, Sweden, alongside Ameriprise leadership and advisors from across the country.

Experiences like this are a valuable reminder that our industry is constantly evolving, and that Alacrity Wealth Advisors is committed to staying at the forefront of those changes. Throughout the week, I had the chance to hear directly from leadership about where Ameriprise is headed, connect with fellow Chairman's Advisory Council members from across the country, and bring home ideas that can help us continue strengthening the experience we provide to our clients.

One thing became especially clear to me: the future is bright. The investments being made in technology, advisor support, and client experience create exciting opportunities for firms like ours and, more importantly, for the clients we serve.

There were also moments when I reflected on how far we've come as a team. Being invited to participate in this event is an honor, but it is also a reflection of the trust our clients place in us every day and the dedication of the incredible people who make up Alacrity Wealth Advisors. Any recognition we receive is truly a shared accomplishment.

We're excited to introduce Naomi Gonzalez, our fall Financial Planning Intern at Alacrity Wealth Advisors!

Originally from Middleton, Wisconsin, Naomi is currently attending UW-Madison and pursuing a career in financial planning while interning from our Madison office. What excites Naomi most about financial planning is the chance to guide individuals and families toward greater confidence and clarity as they work toward their long-term goals.

When exploring internship opportunities, Naomi found a strong connection with Alacrity's mission and values. "I was drawn to Alacrity because I could tell they genuinely care about helping others and building relationships with clients," she said. "I was excited about the opportunity to learn and grow in that kind of environment."

Outside of work and school, Naomi enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, going to the movies, and exploring all that Madison has to offer. She's also a proud cat lover and enjoys spending time with her cat, Spot, who she says has been a constant source of comfort through the demands of school, work, and everyday life.

Naomi says her family has had the biggest impact on her life, always encouraging her to work hard, pursue her goals, and be her best self. She is equally thankful for the friends and mentors who have offered guidance and support throughout her journey.

As she continues to build her knowledge and experience, Naomi has already shown great potential in her role.

"Naomi has jumped right in with a positive attitude, an eagerness to learn, and a willingness to take on whatever comes her way," said Brianna Gardner, Director of Operations. "She's picking up our processes quickly, and we're so glad to have her as part of the team!"

Our Stevens Point Client Appreciation Lunch & Dinner brought nearly 230 clients and guests together for something we always value most: time spent with the people we have the privilege of serving.

To our clients and their guests, thank you for joining us. The opportunity to spend time together outside the office is something we never take for granted. Events like these remind us that what we do is about so much more than finances. We're grateful for the relationships we've built and the trust you've placed in our team.

As part of that commitment to helping our clients navigate life's financial challenges with confidence, client connection and education were at the heart of this year's event. Partner and Private Wealth Advisor Kim Angell led a discussion on fraud and scams, sharing insights on the evolving tactics used by bad actors and the steps individuals can take to better protect themselves.
