Our firm is located in Statesboro, Georgia, and was founded in 1983 by Marshall Thigpen. Russ Lanier joined the firm in 1988 and became a partner in 1990. Joe Westerfield and Richard Deal joined the firm as partners in 2006, and Kay Proctor became a partner in 2016 after working with the firm as a staff CPA for many years. We provide high quality and affordable tax, accounting, auditing, and advis

ory services to individuals, businesses, governmental entities, and nonprofit organizations throughout Southeast Georgia. Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day office operations
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Handle internal accounts payable and collections
• Oversee the timely delivery of work products to clients
• Maintain strong organization and communication within the office

Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience in customer service and office management preferred
