Twenty-nine years ago, I set out to build something that truly made a difference. Founding Judith Heft & Associates in 1996 was more than just starting a business—it was about creating a firm that helped individuals and families navigate financial and organizational complexities with clarity and confidence.
Today, as I step into retirement, I do so with immense gratitude. Gratitude for my incredible clients who have entrusted me with their financial well-being. Gratitude for my colleagues who have been instrumental in shaping this firm’s success. And gratitude for the opportunity to have built something lasting.
Retirement today looks quite different from when my parents built their business. For me, this transition is not about stepping away but stepping forward into a new chapter—one filled with travel, volunteering, relaxing, and of course more time with my family, especially my children and grandchildren.
As I head into this next chapter, I want you to know you're set up with an outstanding team at Wealthspire. Under the leadership of CEO Mike LaMena, the team has the right mix of insight, dedication, and follow-through to keep delivering the kind of thoughtful, personalized support you’ve come to expect from JHA. You're in good hands for the road ahead.
