How much backlog the business can realistically fund.
When hiring truly adds capacity vs. adds pressure.
Whether margins are strong enough to support scaling.
When equipment decisions should be financed vs. cash funded.
How much profit actually needs to stay in the business to support the next phase.

I’ve seen companies increase revenue and still feel more financial strain.
Not because the opportunity wasn’t there - but because the forward plan wasn’t clear.

The contractors who scale with more control usually aren’t just working harder.

As the year wraps up, I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you.

To my clients — I truly appreciate the trust you place in me and the opportunity to be part of your business journey. It’s been a busy year, and I’m grateful to work alongside people who care about doing things the right way.
