Standard meal deduction for over the road truck drivers is $ 80 per diem, effective 10/1/2024, practically 80% of it.
Per diem clarification: the day ORT truck driver leaves the home is counted as 0.75, same rule applies for the day the driver returns home.
All other days away from home count as 1.0

VAŽNA INFORMACIJA za LLC, LLP, LP & Corporotions!!!

Najverovatnije ste dosad već obavešteni o ovome od osobe koja vam obračunava taksu, ali ako još niste evo ja ću ukratko.
Ako ste do 1/1/2024 ikad ranije registrovali LLC, bilo koju drugu limited liability company (LLP ili LP) ili corporation (C-corp or S-corp), i ako je bila aktivna 1/1/2024, što možete pronaći na web stranici od secretary of state države u kojoj živite, koristili je vi ili ne, morate do kraja godine da pošaljete BOIR (Beneficiary Ownership Interest Report).
Ukoliko ste išta registrovali ove godine, rok je 90 dana.
Kazne su astronomske, $ 500 za dan zakašnjenja do $ 10,000. Shvatite dakle ovo ozbiljno i pošaljite report do kraja godine.
