If you know my daughter Maddy, you know she’s got a rare gift: she genuinely looks for, and finds, the fun and the good in absolutely everyone she meets. ☀️ Today, she officially turns 24! 🎂🎉Please help me wish MADDY a HAPPY BDAY!! I like to joke that I’m the Big Idiot, and she’s the Little Idiot—but the truth is, I couldn’t be prouder of the way she lives her life. She took that joyful spirit all the way to Arizona, where she spends her days hanging out with the wildlife as a zookeeper. It takes a special kind of heart to bring that much positive energy to the world every single day, and she absolutely nails it. In a world where the news wants us to focus on the storm clouds, Maddy reminds me to look for the sunshine. Find the fun in somebody today—Maddy style.

What a week in New York! 🍕🍎

It’s been a whirlwind of meetings, breakout sessions, and catching up with colleagues from across the country. But as much as I love the energy of the city, there’s no place like home.

This trip has been a great reminder: we work hard to build wealth, but we live for the experiences. Whether it’s a slice of New York pizza or a home-cooked pasta dinner in St. Clair, it’s about the memories we make along the way.
