It is with deep sadness that we write to inform you of the passing of David Holmes. David passed away early Friday morning after a seven year battle with cancer.
Although he has not served in an official capacity at our firm for a couple years, he remains an important part of our story and legacy. He co-founded Tax Pros Inc. in 2001 and dedicated 23 years of his life to building and growing the business until his retirement in 2024. Many of you knew him personally or worked with him over his many years with us. His teaching, dedication, and personal connections left a lasting impact on the company, his coworkers, and everyone he served.
We wanted to share this news out of respect for those relationships and the influence he had on so many people.
