Tom has been married to Susan since 1989; they have three sons and three grandchildren. An avid "gym-rat" he maintains a rigorous workout schedule seven days a week at 5 a.m. When the weather permits, he can be found golfing at Spring Lake Golf Club. One of Tom’s greatest passions is his 15 years of volunteer work with his certified therapy dogs—all Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers. Tom and
his dogs visit hospital patients and staff and work with special needs children. Currently, his certified dog, Cooper, is active, and Casey is in training to become his fifth therapy dog.
