Just a reminder, if you have a business that has an inventory, you are required to do a physical count of your inventory every year. December 31st or January 1st is the perfect time to do it so you don't have to make adjustments for purchases or sales.

I'm a bit worried about IRS. I've ordered 1096 forms twice and they keep sending me the wrong forms. I don't hold out a lot of hope that they will do anything right this tax season.😫
