Kevin began his career in the insurance and financial services industry in 2007 at an independent firm and has a broad knowledge of many different facets of the industry. He holds the FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 securities registrations through Commonwealth Financial Network®, as well as insurance licenses for property and casualty and life, accident, and health. He helps to educate and collabor
ate with clients, speaking plain English and making things easy to understand. He initially moved back to Connecticut from Virginia to be closer to her while his parents were going through a divorce. Helping her through that process taught him a lot about finance. As she has gone through different stages and transitions in her life, Kevin has learned new things that he uses to help clients, like Medicare and Social Security decisions. Kevin’s mom continues to be a business advisor to him and when he’s providing advice to clients, he often asks himself, “What would I have mom do if she was in this situation?”
Kevin grew up in Connecticut and is devoted to the local community. He sits on the board of directors for ParaDYM, a local nonprofit that promotes media literacy and services to underprivileged youth. Kevin is also an active committee member for the Hartford Young Professionals and Entrepreneurs division of the Metro Hartford Alliance. Kevin spends most of his free time with his family and friends. He also loves music and enjoys playing his guitar and going to concerts. Stevie Ray Vaughan, Jimi Hendrix, and Led Zeppelin are some of his favorite artists.
