Please call 517-636-4486 and select option 3, then option 2.
Listen carefully to the automated prompts before disconnecting the call. The system will ask you to enter your information. After entering it, the automated system may state that the information is incorrect and ask if you would like to re-enter it. Select option 1 to re-enter your information.
The system may repeat this process a second time. On the third attempt, after the system states the information is incorrect again, you will be given the option to either:
• Press 1 to re-enter your information, or
• Press 2 to speak with a representative.
Select option 2, and you will be placed on hold to speak with a live representative.

Tax payers who are expecting a refund have until October to file their returns. My company files returns all throughout the year & we are still accepting clients of course.
