Meet the Team Monday!
This week we are excited to introduce Jake Johnstun, the President and Founder of Integrated Tax.
Jake has been in the tax preparation industry since 1994 and he is an Enrolled Agent (EA) which is a federally authorized tax practitioner who has technical expertise in the field of taxation and who is empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels of examination, collection, and appeals of the Internal Revenue Service.
Jake specializes in all aspects of advanced tax planning for small businesses. His specialty and passion is in real estate taxation where he helps real estate professionals and investors understand the tax implications of their investments. He consults to develop deferral strategies designed to help clients make smarter decisions.
Jake is a partner and owner of Elite 1031 Exchange, a Qualified Intermediary in which he gives professional expertise in Like Kind (1031) exchanges. He is an Alumnus of Weber State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He is also an NTPI Fellow and a graduate of the SSLA Leadership Academy.
