Tax season has begun. I’ve already done one tax return and I’m ready to do yours
If you have used my online portal to upload your tax documents in the past please use it again. Please text me if you need the website address or your username. If you haven't, let me know and I will send you an invitation. Please don't send tax documents to me via text, email, or messenger. They are much more secure on my site.
The big question this year is, “Will I get a bigger refund this year?” Like always, the answer is maybe. Just because everyone is saying refunds will be bigger doesn’t mean it will be bigger for you. The tax law changes are great but don’t affect everyone. Here are some things that may cause you to have a bigger refund.
1. You have Income from tips.
2. You have overtime Income.
3. You have Social Security Income.
4. You bought a new American made car In 2025 and are paying interest.
5. You can Itemize your deductions (good luck) and you paid more than $10,000 in state and local taxes.
