Responsibilities
-Respond promptly and professionally to client questions
-Maintain and updated knowledge of our products and services
-Document interactions with clients when necessary, while compiling documents and forwarding information to necessary parties
-Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
-Recommend new products/ services or make suggestions for improvements
-Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information

Skills
-Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is a PLUS!
-Strong active listening skills
-Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of clients
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
-Positive, can-do attitude
-Dependability

Requirements
-Reliable transportation
-Ability to pass a background screening
-Must be 18 yrs+ to apply
-Must live/ be able to commute to the Beckley/ Sophia office location daily beginning on the first day of employment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year

Employment Status: Full-Time

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients via telephone, email and in person
-Conduct daily interactions with new and existing clients to process information provided in response to inquiries, concerns and requests regarding our specific products and services
-Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to provide positive solutions based on each client's individual needs
-Process applications/ submit client requests
-Follow up on any unresolved issues and drive resolutions
-Communicate and coordinate with other departments/ representatives when applicable

QUALIFICATIONS
-Must be coachable with willingness to follow and perform using proven company processes
-Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
-Must submit to and pass background screening prior to employment
-Must be 18 years of age or more to apply
