Meet Our Team!

Partner Seth F. Atwell, CPA/PFS has over 30+ years of public accounting experience. He has spent the majority of his career providing tax planning and compliance for individuals and privately held businesses. He has also assisted clients in Federal and State audit examinations.

Seth holds his BS in Accounting from the University of Kentucky where he graduated in 1990. He is a Board Member and the Chair of SPEDA, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants, Former Chair of the Board of Trustees for Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital, a Mentor for the Somerset-Pulaski County Chamber Leadership Program, and Past President of the Somerset-Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce.

In his spare time, Seth enjoys supporting the University of Kentucky Wildcats and traveling with his family.

Seth lives in Somerset with his wife Carrie and their children.

Amber Wilson is a Staff Accountant and has been with the firm since 2006. She has over twenty years of experience in payroll, payroll tax, income tax, and financial statement preparation. She graduated from Midway College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.

Meet Our Team!

Partner Angela Brown, CPA, CFE, has been with the firm since 2012. She works primarily in tax and accounting services of individuals and small to mid-sized businesses. Although she works with various industries, a great deal of her time is devoted to medical practices, auto dealerships, and trust/estate work.

Angi currently serves as a Board Member and Treasurer of Master Musician's Festival; a Board Member of Hospice of Lake Cumberland; and a member of the Board of Trustees of Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

She enjoys gardening, reading, hiking, and traveling. Angi lives in Nancy with her husband Jeremy and their two sons, Chris and Finn.

Partner Bryan Girdler, CPA, CFE, has over 20 years of public accounting experience. He has a performed a variety of audit and accounting services for clients in both for profit and non-profit industries. In addition, he holds the designation of Certified Fraud Examiner which is a credential that denotes proven expertise in fraud prevention, detection and deterrence.
Bryan also has an extensive background in taxation for corporations, partnerships, and individuals.

Meet Our Team!

Heather Meadows joined EHA in October 2016. She earned a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting and an Associate degree in Mathematics from Lindsey Wilson College. She completed her Master of Science in Accountancy with the University of Phoenix. She hopes to complete her CPA exams in the near future.

Heather spent 10 years in the banking industry processing payroll and accounts payable for a local bank in Somerset.

She is a lifetime member of Solid Rock Full Gospel in Russell Springs, actively leading the Handsign team and maintaining the church's social media presence. She enjoys helping with the annual PRIDE cleanup. She completed the Adair County Leadership Program in 2008.

Heather and her husband Ryan currently reside in Science Hill. They enjoy spending time with friends and family, especially their niece and nephews. They also enjoy watching sports, attending concerts and theme parks.

Meet our Team! Barbara York is a Staff Accountant and has been with the firm since 1997. She has 25+ years of accounting experience in payroll, payroll tax returns, sales tax, accounts payable, financial statements, and income tax returns. She attended Somerset Community College where she earned an Associates Degree in Business Administration. She has been very active in the March of Dimes and local RAM events.

Barbara is married to Jay York and they have three sons David, Brandon & Leland.
