Wednesday: 8:30am to 4:00pm
Thursday: 8:30am to 4:00pm
Friday: Probably here, but please call first.
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed

Our office will be closed Monday July 14, 2025 due to a scheduled interruption in our electric service while PPL upgrades the power lines on our street. We've been notified that the work may be extended to Tuesday July 15, but as of this writing, we plan to be open for normal business hours from Tuesday onwards next week.

Tax season is here again!

Our clients have multiple options to have their tax reporting needs met by our preparers' time-honed expertise. Call or email us to schedule an in-person appointment. Our hours are Monday-Friday 9am-7pm and Saturday 9am-3pm. An alternate option is to gather all your tax documents from 2024 and send them to us digitally, through the mail, or dropped off at the office building in the lobby during business hours or in a secure lock box.

Susan Goldcamp's appointment schedule is already completely booked for the season, but her experienced employees Sandy, Piper, and Sarah all have many openings leading up to the tax-filing deadline April 15. This year Linda is working remotely so she will not be available in-person. For clients who are unable to schedule an appointment or get their info to our office in time, we can, for an additional fee, file an extension which would move your filing deadline ahead to October 15.

After we electronically file your taxes, it usually takes fewer than 21 days for your payment or refund to be processed by the IRS, with additional time taken for some returns regarding the Recovery Rebate Credit, Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC), and Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC).

Tax season is over, so we are now reverting to our normal business hours: Monday through Friday between 8:30am and 4:00pm. Give us a call or email for help with your bookkeeping, payroll, or extended tax return-filing needs.

We are taking appointments for this tax season! Electronic filing begins February 12, but you can send us your documents (through mail, fax, or our web portal) as soon as you have them all. The tax filing deadline has been pushed back to May 17th this year.

The deadline for filing and sending payments to all federal, state, and local tax authorities has been pushed to July 15, 2020.

Our business hours are currently 𝟖:𝟑𝟎𝐚𝐦 𝐭𝐨 𝟒:𝟎𝟎𝐩𝐦 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲. We will make ourselves available some evenings and occasional Saturdays, but by appointment only.

There is a lock box on the front of our building, and a black plastic bin on the porch of the home next door (935), where you can leave your documents for us. We will contact you after we've retrieved your information.

You may also mail your documents to our office at 937 Fritztown Rd, Sinking Spring, PA 19608. Our fax number is 610-927-3088.

Wow! It's been such a crazy week. Thanks to everyone for your patience and cooperation. We ARE open for pick ups and drop offs during our extended Tax Season hours. 9am to 9pm, Monday through Saturday. We try to rest on Sundays. We are disinfecting regularly and would appreciate mail, fax, or scan and upload from anyone not feeling 100% healthy. I'm not sure when we'll be scheduling appointments again but we aim to dedicate your regular appointment times to working on your stuff, so expect to hear from us. We truly appreciate and love our clients. You guys ROCK!!
