Another Open Enrollment comes to a close! This year was less stressful with the addition of Daniel Lape to the team. Over 500 individuals served since October 1st and we were blessed to have had the privilege to do so!

Today marks the beginning of the Open Enrollment period for Marketplace health insurance. Tomorrow begins the non- stop process of serving our clients and community in securing the best health options for themselves and/or family. Even though the the next few months will include many long days, we hope the implementation of a new enrollment process at ProtectSHIP will increase productivity and reduce the anxiety of our clients. We do ask for patience during this time, but know we are working diligently to resolve the issues created by the cancellation of many Highmark plans. If you know of anyone frustrated by this occurrence, send them to our professionals.

We're still receiving calls for help & only 3 days to fix their problems. I have found a loop hole that might allow us to assist those who are enrolled in the wrong plans, but we'll address that later next week.
