Greetings,

It is almost Tax Season again! I would like to inform you that our office has changed location and will be operating under another firm, Laura J Hanlon CPA PA. Our new address is 940 Hogan Road, Suite 2 in Conway, Arkansas. I have accepted a full-time position with the firm as Senior Tax Accountant. I will be managing the accounting and tax departments within the firm. All tax returns and accounting services will be prepared and maintained at this location. Please know that you will receive the same quality service that has been provided to you over the years.

All previously available services such as onsite visits will continue, but we encourage you to utilize our new location. My office hours at Laura J Hanlon CPA PA will be 8:00 am – 6:30 pm Monday and Wednesday through Friday starting January 5th.

As an existing ProTax client, you have the option to utilize the services of this new opportunity or I can continue personally to provide you with financial and/or tax preparation services. If you choose to work with Laura J Hanlon CPA PA, you will not be required to actually come into the office. You can fax, email or drop off your information or upload your information into a portal that the firm uses to access client information. Additionally, upon completion of your tax returns, the option to electronically sign and pay for the services will be available.

We are looking forward to a productive year. The changes will be beneficial to us all and will provide more expanded services to you, our customers. These services include access to Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Please call if you have questions or concerns regarding the changes. I look forward to serving you again this tax season.
